    Is one-person stay available?

    A

    We accept one-person reservations. Please feel free to stay with us.

    I expect to be late for check-in. Can it be extended?

    A

    If you will be arriving later than the check-in time you informed us of at the time of your reservation or later than 8:00PM, please contact the hotel.

    Can the check-out time be extended?

    A

    We offer late check-out until 14:00(2p.m.).
    There will be a fee of 5000yen charge for the late check out. Late check-out is not a definite offer, hotel staff may refuse to provide late check out according to the hotel reservation condition.

    Can you hold baggage before check-in and/or after check-out?

    A

    We will hold them for you at the front desk. (There may be some items we cannot hold).
    Furthermore, we ask that guests look after valuables under their own responsibility.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    A

    Our cancellation poliy is 20% from 7days before, 70% from 3 days before, and 100%from the day before check-in.
    If you have any qustion about the cancelltion chage, please feel free to contact the hotel and our staff will be glad to answer your questions.

    Do you offer room service?

    A

    Our hotel offers food delivery from nearby restaurants affiliated with our hotel as well as an in-room massage service. Please inquire at the front desk for these services.
    FYI: A 10% charge will be added to the bill as service charge.

    What items do you lend to guests?

    A

    We lend extra beds(extra fee), baby cribs, bed guards, trouser presses, pillows (memory foam pillows, non-allergenic pillows), DVD/Blu-ray players (for playback only), clothing hangers, and other items.
    Supplies are limited, so please inquire with us in advance.

    Illness and injury during your stay: What should I do if I fall ill?

    Please contact the front desk first.
    If you require examination by a physician, we will immediately refer you to the nearest medical facility.

Lodging and Guest Rooms

    What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 3:00PM, and check-out is until 11:00AM.

    Can pets stay with guests?

    A

    Our hotel does not allow pets in the rooms with guests.
    Please understand that we cannot hold pets you are travelling with.

    Do you have rooms with a bath separate from the toilet?

    All of our rooms have separate baths and toilets.

    What amenities are included in the rooms?

    A

    All guest rooms have bath amenities, a toothbrush set, razors and shaving cream, a set of cotton products, body towels, hairbrushes, shower caps, bath salts, slippers, shoe shine paper, etc.
    We also offer Kyoto blend coffee, green tea and Earl grey teabags and other drinks in the rooms for your enjoyment.

    We offer wireless LAN and high-speed internet connections (free of charge), but please bring your own PC or other device.

    All rooms are installed with beds.
    We use the highest grade of Simmons beds, which guarantee ultimate comfort.

    We do not offer computers for rental.
    We ask that you please bring your own computer.

    Do you have non-smoking rooms?

    All floors and rooms at our hotel are non-smoking, and we do not offer smoking rooms.
    FYI: electronic cigarettes are also prohibited in our hotel.

    We do not have a complete easy accessibility, but we will do everything we can to accommodate all guests.

    We apologize, but our hotel facilities are only available for use by lodging guests.

    Do you take orders for drinks, etc.?

    Please use the bar, which is located in the 1F lobby.
    The bar is open from 15:00-22:00. Our bar only provide services to our guest, and the bar offers all-you-can-drink.

    There are no parking facilities connected to or affiliated with our hotel. If you are arriving by car, please use the coin-operated parking spaces nearby.

    We can arrange taxi for short distance travel.
    Also our hotel will be able to arrange taxi for charters, please contact our front desk for more information.
